Insurance and Payment

At this time, my practice is private pay, with a limited number of sliding-scale appointments available to help make therapy more accessible.

I’m also actively working toward offering in-network insurance options, potentially including Premera, LifeWise, and select Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. While I don’t yet have a confirmed timeline, expanding access to care is important to me, and I hope to offer these options in the future.

If you’re interested in using insurance, you’re welcome to reach out! I’m happy to share any updates on availability and anticipated timelines as they become clearer.

For clients with out-of-network benefits, I can also provide superbills that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement are determined by your individual plan and are not guaranteed.

Understanding your costs

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate

Fluid Nature Therapy currently operates as a private-pay practice. Under federal law, clients who are uninsured or paying for services without using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected costs of their care.

You have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services, and one will be provided in accordance with federal requirements.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may be eligible to dispute the charges through the federal patient-provider dispute resolution process.

Individualized Good Faith Estimates are provided privately through Sessions Health. You can also review my full Good Faith Estimate at Good Faith Estimate.
